Getting input from the user, then using date range

Right now I have a report that uses the following line to get all the dates I'm looking for:

{TaskHistory.reported_open} in WeekToDateFromSun

How would I make this report so that it asks the users for the date range and then uses that range in the previous lines in my report?

Nevermind, I figured it out.

You add a parameter field that is a date range, and then insert it into the selection formula in place of the week to date from sunday.
