Getting information from remote xml/asp file?

Hi gang.

I have no idea what Im doing wrong, but the thing is that Im trying to display information from this xml file ( on my site, and either it doesnt work or I get a permsission denied error, (permission is totally open on this site so thats not a correct error msg) any ideas? code sample?
