Hi everyone!

i wrote a perl script to retrieve group and client status from the files
/nsr/logs/messages
and
/nsr/logs/daemon.log
for mail purposes

now i got the following problem:
i got at least one savegroup that runs more than 24h when started. i discovered that while any savegroup is running /nsr/logs/messages is not altered. i already browsed /nsr for temporary logs, but i cannot find any of relevance
anyway, /nsr/logs/daemon.log is altered on runtime

has anyone got any idea where these messages are temporarily saved/accessable via cli?
i'm quite sure they must be somewhere as you can access them via gui

regards,
pasp

The daemon.log should log a start message for the group..

10/12/01 05:00:08 nsrd: savegroup info: starting Default (with 5 client(s))

Good Luck!
