I have a windows 2000 server running IIS 5 with php ver cgi 4.3.4.4. The problem is that it will not get info from other websites. for exp I have a weather mod that does not work because it can't get the xml file from weather.com, and RSS new feeds do not work, and IP-atlas will not work becasue I will not connect to the website to get the information. Any help would be great. Do I have to do anything special, because my server that is hosting this website is behind a proxy. is there a place to tell php.

getting info from other websites not working
