Please forgive me I am learning these systems! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! We have a Panasonic KX-TDE600 PBX with several KX-TDE600 phones and a few spectralink 8440's so we are entirely SIP. Everything is up and working well however when an incoming call comes into distribution group 1 labeled (Portland) then you would see Portland - (Caller ID) on the incoming call. In other words it would place the ICD+callerID onto the display of the phone. This was the case with the NON SIP phones. The new phones (tde-600 etc) do not show this information. Only the caller ID info is passed. We have basically lost the ICD information.

Is there a way to get this back?

Thank you!

ok i dont know the KX-TDE600 phones nor the spectralink 8440's

KX-TDE600 phones got an type like KX-DT/UTxxx (example KX-DT321)

then what version u got in your TDE600 example Version 8.0101

then did u try an KX-UT series from panasonic itself on the TDE600 whit ICD group?

as far as i know the UT series can show the group ( at least on broadsoft SIP platform /PortaOne )
i dont use UT series manny on panasonic system itself, use IP phones for more use

cheers

Panasonic TDA/TDE/NCP/NS Series
