getting humongous traffic server colapsing and slow

I need Heavenly help to get out of this one, got to tell you guys my company is close to colapse. we got hit by msblast, sobig, welchia and we can't find where in the hell is that traffic coming from and flooding our servers.
I may said HELP!

Just a thought but a easy way to monitor you network traffic is to use network monitoring. Another way would to install somthing like ZoneAlarm. Its free software and would let you know about all outbound and inbound traffic.
