Getting HTTP 404 error

I installed BOE XI R2 in Windows 2003 server, it worked fine. But uninstalled .NET framework 2.0.507 and reinstalled it back (restarted IIS & also rebooted the server). Now iam getting "HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found". I have ASP.NET in Web Service Extensions.

I am able to access infoview but CMC is not working and gives the above error message. How to fix this.
