Getting HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found When Viewing thru Web Access

Hi:
We're running CR 8.0 and have a web server set up so that people can access their reports through the web. I have some reports scheduled to run in Word and excel format. Today we noticed that these reports when you try to view them through the web interface are giving a HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found error and the report won't come up. However, when I look at them through the application on my desktop (Info Desktop), the report comes up fine. Anyone know the answer to this one?

If you use File-Open, can you locate and open them?

It sounds like they aren't where the web page thinks they are, or your means for opening these reports is failing

(you didn't state how you are generating the web interface).

If I try to find it and open it through file open, I can't either. The Web Access is through Seagate info. The directory it comes from is CIWEB. It's a customizable web interface that came with Crystal.
It was working fine up until a couple weeks ago. HTML and Crystal formatted reports view fine through the viewer, it's just word and excel files I get this error on.
