I have never had to do this before and I have no one to fall back on.

Please please please can someone guide me through this

I have a HP4100N and I want to put it on a Windows NT 4 SBS network.

I need to setup a queue and share this printer so people can use it. We are using TCPIP so I guess I need to set this up on the printer first.

Can anyone help me

Thanks

Connect the printer to the network and power it on.
Then, The easiest way is to install HP Jet admin on to the print server. Once this is done you go to
add printer and choose My Computer.
Then select "New Port" and select "HP jet Direct Port"
Choose "Custom Setting" Hit the Printer list button and find the MAC Address of your new printer. Then change the IP address details etc and that's about it. Once this is done, you can add the printer and direct it through this port and share it.
