Getting HDD partitions for multiple HDD in system

I have a problem with linking the partition to the HDD that it belongs.

So if I have 2 HDD I get a lot of "letters" and I would like to know how to retrieve them by HDD.

It must work in Win98 ....

I need it to be sure I get the correct HDD serial number that I want to use as key for protecting app.

Hey,

Not sure whether this will help, but check the file boot.ini found in the root directory of your C-drive.
