Getting Hardware Addresses

i'm trying to "Windoize" a couple of simple programs i created several months ago. i chose Delphi to do it 'cause i'm basically an ABMer at heart. The two programs were a .BAT file to get the OS (Win9x, WinNT, Win2K), run IPCONFIG.EXE to get NIC address, current user, computer name, etc. Info was saved to a local file then read by a TP .exe file to extract the information i wanted and save it to a networked drive & directory. Each computer it was run on would increment the file by its information. So far i know the registry keys i'm looking for, have most of the information i need/want with one exception: i can't find a registry key for the NIC hardware address.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get this information?
