Hi. Really sorry to bother you but in a bind.
We are currently working in a centre. IT are currently not available. We were all logged in to out with our ACD logins and symposium was showing all the agents available.
Next thing symposium is showing 0 agents available. We were all still logged in. I logged out. I then pressed ACD and # to enter my ID but got the message "GRP 6789 SPV Priority 1". (We do not know if 6789 is relevent) The set then went to Not ready. Hitting not ready to make myself available still shows 0 agents available for calls. When calling the centre I noticed the IVR system is down also. The phone will ring, but we do not receive any calls.
Do you know of anything we can do from our point of view with limited knowledge.
