getting grind.exe to work with backed up ALOHA ERROR: IBERSTR.DLL is missing

I have my ALOHA database backed up from a restaurant I used to own. I would like to run reports or re-grind dates for auditing reasons. Specifically, I would like to toggle REVENUEDETAIL (in Aloha.ini) to TRUE, and then re-grind certain dates.

When I try and execute BIN/grind.exe I get "Application Error: IBERSTR.DLL is missing or is not in the working path." I believe I have my %IBERDIR% variable set correctly (V:\Aloha), so Im at a loss.

Any tips would be appreciated!

Check to make sure you can path to %iberdir%\bin
Check the Bin for the iberstr.dll
If you have a restore point restore iberstr.dll. Failing all of that you can grab a copy from another aloha install and that *should* work.

That being said you won't be able to grind without ctrlsvr running which requires an active license/ key.
