I have a form "ScoreSubmision2" that has data on it that applies to all the records in my report. the recordsource of the report is a table. On the report I have a couple unbound textboxes because that data is not in the table. I want to pull that data from the form. I have set the control source for the text box on the report to =Forms!ScoreSubmision2!txtTitle.Text but when I show the report the title field just shows #Name?. Any help, the form ScoreSubmision2 is still open when I show the report.

Getting Form Value to show on Report

Don' use the text property since in Access the Text property is only available when the control has the focus. Try just:
=Forms!ScoreSubmision2!txtTitle
or
=Forms!ScoreSubmision2!txtTitle.Value
