Getting Folder Redirections to work

I'm having a problem using folder re-direction. I have roaming users profiles stored on my win2k server(Native Mode). My users are all using Win2k Pro. They login to there workstations with the roaming profiles fine. I put all the users who I want thier folders redirected to the server in an Organizational Unit. I set a group policy on that OU to redirect start menu, Applications data and My Documents to my win2k server. When I check the server locations no directories or data was copied there. They are still using the local locations. What an I doing wrong?
