Getting Flash Variables From ASP

I have an ASP page that reads members of my club from an access database - all I want to do is take a name from the database and display it in flash. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I know nothing of asp integration in Flash!

I think this one is O.K. to, it may be for Flash 4, but you can work it out.
