Getting error while putting message to local queue

Sample AMQSPUT0 start
MQCONN ended with reason code 2058

The queue manager is BT.QM.FROSTT8 and the Queue is BT.CONAN.MPF.FROST_TO_HARNESS.01

How can I debug this issue step by step.

The reason code says that the name of the QMGR is wrong. so please give correct QMGR name.
