Getting error while generating report from web

Hi,

I am using CR 10 and Remedy.

i created the report using oracle native connectivity,

in cr i am getting reports with any problem,

but while i am generating from web, am getting the below error.



Status: Failed
Printer: The instance is not printed.
External Destination: None
Creation Time: 5/1/2006 7:57:59 AM
Start Time: 5/1/2006 7:58:01 AM
End Time: 5/1/2006 7:58:18 AM
Server Used: jacausyweb1.reportjobserver
Error Message: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. File C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 10\Data\procSched\jacausyweb1.reportjobserver\~tmpcc4448980bb410.rpt.



And i even set the Database login info for that report in the CMC and uncheck the 'prompt user for Login' option..


still am getting the error

Can any body help in this.

Webs can't run Crystal Reports, specific web products can, such as Crystal Enterprise, please state what you are using.

You'll need to have the Oracle client installed on the server.

i am running report through crystal enterprise
and i installed oracle client on the server

still i am facing the problem
