Getting Error "DR : Server state Incompatible" on secondary server

We are facing proble on Data Replication of Informix Dynamic Server"
We are getting following error on Secondary Server.

Error Details

Process exited with return code 1: /bin/sh /bin/sh -c /usr/informix/etc/log_full.sh 3 15 "Data Replication failure." "DR: Server state incompatible"
11:26:14 DR: Server state incompatible
