Getting error message when trying a print screen??

I have a workstation here that gets the "EXTRA.EXE has generated an error and has to shut down" error message. I have tried to empty the header and footer as posted in other threads, but that has not worked. We are using version 6.5 Any suggestions???

Are you getting the message just when printing? Sometimes this error occurs at start up due to a bad session file.

You might want to check this forum also. I'm sure I've seen post similar to this.

We get it occasionally when a user goes to do a screen print.
 
I posted a similar message several months ago and it was suggested we install My Extra 7.1. Luckily, we were legal for that version so we did so on each PC that was having the problem and not one user has said it continues to be a problem. Each time that problem is called into our helpdesk, we find they still are using version 6.7. They get upgraded and the problem does not return.
