I am having this e8604 error when attempting to run a brick level backup of the exchange mailboxes. The error message says "E8604 Failed to start backup. (DBNAME=\Individual Mailboxes\*****, EC=Remote Procedure Call Failed)". We are running ARCServe 2000 Version 7.0 (Build 1086) on Windows 2000 server.
