In my application crystal report 11 is used. This reports are produced the PDF files on certain confirmation.
To populate the data in that crystal report we user the java objects.Applicationn base is J2EE , it runs on WAS 6.1 and the database is SQL Server 2005.
The report is filled with djava objects and its attributes. The problem arrised when the Businees Analyst guys open those reports with design prospect of Crystal Report ID(SAP crystal report ) and try to print it.
It pop up the error invalid Argument provided.
Details: Java Server startup failure. Verify the PATH(JDK), CLASSPATH, and IORFileLocation properties in the CRCONFIG.XML file, Verify that you are using JDK 1.5 and in the left side of the table it display "Accessing Database".

Have you tried following the instructions in the details? That is, check the version of the JDK that's installed for those users as well as checking the CRCONFIG.XML file.
