One of my dimensions has multiple hierarchies, Job Code.Special Views and Job Code.Labor Groups. I am trying to create a calculated member in the LaborGroups hierarchy that equals the value of an upper level member in the SpecialViews hierarchy. I created a new calculated member and entered '[Job Code].[Special Views].&[HRJobCodeSortGroup]' in the Value Expression box. This is the member whose value I want the new member to show. I created the Special Views hierarchy before the Labor Groups one. When I browse data and select the calculated member, it shows #ERR. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your help!

BK,

I think you have to include the [Job Code].[Special Views].[All] member in your tuple for the calculated member before it will work.
