Getting email notifications for 1 person, but not all

BackUpExec Version 10...

We are getting email notifications sent correctly to 1 person, but not to two others. When we ty a Test it works fine to all recipients... but the overnight scheduled backups do not send emails to these two individuals...only to the one person.

We've double-checked all the settings and email addresses, and they look fine. Any suggestions?

I should add that the SMTP server being used is a "public" SMTP server provided by a large email/Internet provider... it is not one of our Exchange Servers.
