Getting email addresses from emails 1

Greetings, I know this probably isn't an asp question but this group is the only one I'm comfortable using and some of you might be able to answer my question. I have about 500 user feedback emails in Outlook that I'm supposed to glean the email addresses from to add to our mailing list. currently, I am collecting them properly in a database after they submit their comments, but I have all of those other emails before they were being collected properly. Instead of going through each email and cutting & pasting, does anybody know of a program out there that will do it for me? Many thanks in advance.

I was just now able to use Outlook 2003 to export my entire InBox to an .mdb file. Then I opened it in Access and found one table named "Email" with the following rows:
[tt]Subject
Body
FromName
FromAddress
FromType
ToName
ToAddress
ToType
CCName
CCAddress
CCType
BCCName
BCCAddress
BCCType
BillingInformation
Categories
Importance
Mileage
Sensitivity
[tt]

The email address looks like the standard bob@fake.tld except on the internal emails where it looks like LDAP: [tt]
/O=COMPANY/OU=ADMIN/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=USERNAME[/tt]
