Hi,
this is probably a simple question.

I know that when a DN is MARP on a set or in use, or has a CDP/DSC/RLI assigned, it will not show up in the numbers available list. such as the following:

REQ:
REQ PRT
TYPE:
TYPE LUDN
CUST 0
DN 1

CUSTOMER 00 - UNUSED DNS:
1593 1594

However, we have a voalte phone system installed, and the number 1902 IS in use, and can be dialed, however, it does not show up in the list, but doesn't look like an active account either when I try to print it either. What other ways can numbers be in use, but not show up in the CS1K PBX?

REQ PRT
TYPE: dnb
CUST
DN
DCH: 27 MAINT INDICATION TIME: 11:19:44
COUNTER VALUE
16 255

1902
DATE
PAGE
DES

CUST 00

NO ACT SINCE NO DATE

If it is a CDP Entry then it could be a shorter entry than 1902, like 190, or 19

Hi KCFLHRC,

I'll try that, maybe they're shortened for ranges? Is there a way to print all cdp routes?

REQ a...a Request (a...a = CHG, END, LCHG, NEW, OUT, or PRT)
CUST xx Customer number associated with this function
FEAT CDP Feature = CDP (Coordinated Dialing Plan)
TYPE aaa Type of steering code (aaa = LSC, DSC, or TSC)
