I have a vb script that runs via the task scheduler. The script opens an access database and then runs a specific report. I have 5 different jobs scheduled to run through out the day. There are 3 jobs that run on the user's machine prior to her logging on to the computer. Sometimes all of the jobs will run, while other times only 1 will run, and other times none will run. The jobs run fine when I run them manually via the task scheduler.

This was working fine until the user got a new computer (her password also expired about this time).

The event log displays a DCOM error of 10016.

What does that mean?

Thanks for looking. But I saw that and verified that she is not running the 64 bit version.

Since the tasks that run in the afternoon always execute and the ones in the morning don't (always) execute (but always do when I run them manually) I'm beginning to think it might have something to do with the fact that they are trying to execute when the machine is locked (she is still logged on).
