I'm trying to write a 'smart' commit module to determine unique commit frequencies. Is anyone aware of a way to get the current # of locks an application has?(from within the application). I'd like to get this value and also possibly the system checkpoint interval to help in determining when to commit. OS 390, COBOL, DB2 Version 7.
