Getting Crystal to read from an INI file

I am trying to get Crystal Reports 8.0 Developer to read from an INI file to get 1 entry. So instead of prompting for the parameter it will automatically read which one it's suppose to run. Any ideas and help would be appreciated.

I asked this very same question a couple of months ago. Unfortunately the response was that it isn't possible through Crystal directly and that I should read the INI through V.B. and find the variable in that fashion before passing it to the report.
