Getting Contact Information from Outlook

Right now I have code that will open an instance of Outlook (from within an Access module), insert a file as an attachment, and send the file if I have a hardcoded address list. What I need to do now is get a contact list from Outlook and use it as my addresses to send to. The code is probably relatively simple but I don't have the help files on my computer and I can't find them anywhere! If anyone has an idea I'd appreciate it a ton!
