How do you figure out what connection points a connector shape is glued to programmatically based on the connector shape itself?

I forgot to mention that I'm building a windows application using the Visio ActiveX component. I'm writing it in vb .net.

Each shape has two collections that contain all the connections to this shape and all connections from this shape. There is a similar pair of collections on the page shape that contain all the connections on the page.

Search the Visio documention for Connects and FromConnects.
