Getting Cause:NTWK TEMP FAIL on SIP DCH to CALL MANAGER

I am trying to network a CS1K 5.0 with a Call Manager 6.1 and when I call the Call Manager I get the following. Does anyone have any ideas????

the rest of the msg is normal, the switch does not see the network as usable... firewalls.. vlans? something on the network side is blocked
