Getting BUG in Meridian

We have Option 11c (25.40 B+). We have five PRIs. Two for TIE line with router. Two for Local incoming and outgoing. One for redundant. In a particular PRI (TIE), I am getting TFS401 and TFS402 errors frequently. At the same time the call is getting disconnected. While I reboot the system I am getting following errors.

Is it related with the PRI problem? How to eliminate this problem. Can anyone clarify?

5416 is a conf card going bad usually. in an 11 it's built into the ssc card usually. never i good thing to boot a system. your pri errors need to be checked, cleared and usually reported.. ld 60 stat, lcnt rcnt commands will help. look at the bad pri's lcnt table.. it may be taking errors, caused by cables, bad cards or the provider.. the only time you need a reboot is to upgrade.. i have seen a working system take a reboot and not come back up

Hi John

Thanks for your reply. The system rebooted today because of power problem. It is very rare problem here. I have changed the PRI as well as cable. Still I am getting TFS errors. what shall I do next?
