I am getting to know my way around the standard SPM, (scarr), but I'd also like to know my way around the windows API.

It would appear I can do much of the programming via the "telephone programming" option under quick access. However I can't see pools or voicemail or other lines.

any guidance would be appreciated.

If you are saying that when you go to group list you dont see any of the programming, you are probably not "reading" the data. You will notice that in the upper left corner of the window there is a "read" button and to the right of that is apply. IF the data is already been uploaded from the switch, the "read" button wil not illuminate. Same goes for the "apply" button. If you read the data and then make changes..APPLY makes those changes saved into the switch.

Sorta. I knew about the read/apply buttons. I was under the impression I could see line numbers used in a pool, loudspeaker page line, etc. via WinSPM Perhaps I am looking in the wrong area.
