When remote control settings are set to prompt for permission, it gets a bit of a pain in the arse when you want to control a server on the other side of the country. I'm sure there is a reg key setting that you can change, so if the admin account is logged on you can by-pass the permissions thing. Anyone know this??? thanks

Hi,
check the registry-key "Permission Required" under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\SMS\Client\Client Components\Remote Control.
It should be set to 0 (zero)

Hope this helps !

Cheers,
Chris
