Getting an extra blank page

Hi ,
I am using CR 9.0. I have fixed gteh above in the past but it has been a while and I cannot recall what I did.

I get a blank page at teh end with the page header. How do I stop the Blank page from showing at the end?

I tried the not onlastrecord formula to suppress this but it did not work.

I tried checking New Page After under the group section and added the below formula, but this did not work.
