Getting an Agent to work

I am setting up an mail-in Database, for our tech support. I wanted a reply to be sent to the sender acknowledging the receipt of the mail and have a mail sent
to the support staff to inform them that a mail was received at the database. When I test it I get a reply back as the sender but get this error message regarding the mail to be sent to support staff:
The following will occur when this agent is run:

'CN=Allen Smith/O=Iss' passed Personal Restrictions test on 'CN=notes/O=Iss'.
Agent will be run by the Agent Manager after new mail messages are delivered.
Home mail server for 'CN=Allen Smith/O=Iss' is 'CN=notes/O=Iss'.

ERROR: Special database object cannot be located

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?
