Hi,

I have a report that is based on a Microsoft Access Database stored on a network drive that I have access to. The report runs fine when in Crystal, but when I upload to the CMC and schedule it does not work. It is currently looking through a mapped network drive and just fails each time it is run. Does anyone know how to overcome this.

Cheers

Simon

The services running the report (Page Server for View on Demand and Report Job Server for Schedule) are by default run as the Local System Account.
Try starting these services as an account on the machine that has rights to the location of the MDB file.

You will also need to map a drive under that service for that user account.
