Hi guys,

We are implementing an app-ordering system to connect to our Aloha FOH (QS 12.3).

Within our restaurant (it's a fast food one) we are using the order entry queue number as the queue number displayed for customers and for kitchen. On the app we will need to display the same number so that the kitchen can call the right customer.

We have looked at our COM document but could not seem to find a way to retrieve the order entry queue number for an order. Anyone with Aloha integration experience can help?

Thanks!

There is no way to set Queue in IberFunct.
You will have to allow the terminal (interface terminal), api employee, or base it off of the order mode.

In my experience with online ordering apps or websites, they typically create their own queue, run it from the interface terminal.
If you are trying to make it so the orders appear on the same queue as say "counter", I would suggest having your interface terminal follow the same queue as "counter". This will allow the API employee you create to create orders under the Queue you are wanting. this should allow your employees (real ones) on the register to view the checks created by online orders.
