getting alarms + updated fields.

Firstly, how do I get data about alarms through the ACT! SDK? I need to be able to create a lookup of users who have set alarms within a specific amount of time.

Secondly, I need to find out whereabouts ACT! stores information on fields that have been amended/updated within a certain period of time, and how it can be retrieved.
