The person who used to manage Call Manager and Unity at our company has been laid off. Unfortunately for me he was the only one who was accessing CDR Analysis and Reporting. I was able to enter Call Manager and I tried to use the same username and password for CDR Analysis and Reporting but it gives me an error: “…either the username or the password is invalid…” How can I reset the password or create new administrator account to be able to access CDR?
