Getting a recursive scripting not allowed error...

We are using WTS as a host to JDE One World, and today one of our users is getting a 'recursive scripting now allowed' error when going thru WTS. This happening when she tries to open to PRD modules at the same time. She has never had a problem in the past. I logged on to another system with her account and it worked fine, so it's a local issue. Any ideas on what the problem might be??
