Hello All,
I am using Oracle 11.03 based application and when I view some reports I get "FRM:99999: A network error occurred, the client will not be able to continue." error.
I resinstalled Jinitiator and JDK files.
When I open the link for reports first the screen starts flickering. Then when the flickering stops and I click the report name to view it. It gives the FRM:99999 error.
My belief is that this is a firewall issue as I can connecting to the Oracle server through Firewalls.
Has anyone encountered this kind of situation. Let me know where I can get any solution for this issue.
