Getting a Flash banner to load last in page

Hi Guys,

Complete newbie here! After dipping my toe in the Flash pool I have already encountered my first issue. Can you instruct a Flash movie to load after other HTML page elements have been loaded? If this has been covered before please be kind and point me towards it!
