Getting a file for the web and saving it.

I need to write a program using JAVA (version 1.4.x) that will connect to a website (lets say

http://reports.company.com/broker.e...&group=All&type=file&allbut=allbut&ecode=ALL)

and download that report (.csv format) and save it to a local drive (let say C:\DailyReport\). Can someone help with this?
