Is it possible to configure sendmail to COPY emails sent from a specific domain to another email address? We have a marketing guy (john) who is on the road alot, and a client is concerned that someone should respond asap to their email to him.
Example is: email addressed to john@myoffice.net from whoever@client.com should also COPY to me@myoffice.net.
I don't want all emails addressed to john, just those from the @client.com domain. Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
Thanks
PS I'm running sendmail on redhat 7.2

I believe you could create a procmail recipe for John that would check all emails going to his inbox. Within the procmail recipe, you could tell it to copy all emails with the "client.com" domain to whatever user you wanted.

I don't know the correct syntax for the recipe but do a search for procmail recipes on the net and you will find a ton of examples.
