Getting a color from a picture that is copied on CLIPBOARD

Hello, i was wondering if there is a way i can get a color or RGB from a picture that i have copied on my CLIPBOARD. It'd be cool.

It would seem to me that a ONE COLOR picture is just a monochrome rectangle.

What kind of picture?

What is the color to be used for?

Keep in mind that the color palate in Excel is limited to 40 distinct colors that are displayed in the colored palate.

The picture is a screenshot of a webpage. If the color in a certain area is red or yellow, then a specific letter is put in a specific column.

You'll need some photoshop type software that can be controlled with VBA, so that you can sample a pixel in that certain area.
