On our IP Office 500 we have about 50 5610 phone. Everything is fine except for one phone which recently stopped working.

When I plug the bad phone in, it displays:

Initializing...

Loading: N secs
x10d0102824.bin, 1572 KB

Starting...

Then I just get flashing lights between speaker, headset and mute

I've tried hitting *, #ing through the options and then MUTE RESET #, which restarts the phone. (I've also tried MUTE CLEAR # which didn't do anything.)

I've waited and it just stays flashing between speaker headset and mute

On the rest of our phone they start up by downloading i10d01a2824.bin and then start up by connecting to the dhcp server and downloading the rest of the files.

I think I need to get this phone to download the correct .bin. Why did this phone lose it, and any tips on getting it working would be most appreciated.

Many thanks.

Sounds it is broken, can happen with electronic devices you know..
