I have the following information in a Pivot table:

Jan, Feb, Mar... Budget figures and a Total for the year, what I'm trying to do is Reference the Grand Total and I keep getting a #Ref, I can reference other parts of the pivot table using the GetPivotData function without a problem, it's just when I try to do it on a FY basis.

Suggestions/Thoughts, is it a bug?

=GETPIVOTDATA($A$127,"'Revaluation Tracker'['(blank)'] ICS R Proxy 'Beneficial Equity Proxy' 'Fiscal Year'['FY ''08 Plan';Data,Sum]") -- THIS DOES NOT WORK

=GETPIVOTDATA("Roll Call Value",$A$127,"Fiscal Year","FY '09 Plan","R vs E","R","Close Date",DATE(2006,9,1),"Revaluation Tracker","Adjustment","Subtotal Code for Fin Report","Proxy","Division Code","ICS") -- WORKS LIKE A CHARM

Thanks, Jon

Hi,

Have you checked Excel HELP on GETPIVOTDATA? Seems there's an answer in there.
