getlasterror

I have a user getting a "getlasterror" immediately after establishing his connection. He then is connected, but can't resolve DNS. He can contact all network resources via IP, however.

We're using client 4_15

Anyone seen this before?

A little more info, and a *bump* to this post...

I now have two users getting this error. Both are using Win2000. We've tried upgrading the service pack, reinstalling the client, and even reinstalling IE. Still getting the same error, and still unable to resolve DNS. We can ping by IP address just fine, and are able to connect to things by IP on various ports as well.

I'm stumped... anyone else have a clue?
